""Ricky Stopped My Chronic Heel Pain and Avoided Me Requiring Surgery" The staff is great and friendly and always makes me feel I'm in good hands. They helped me recover from two shoulder rotator cuff repair surgeries in 2012 and 2021. Now in 2022, I limped in keeled over in pain, with swollen heels and ankles due to inflamed Plantar fasciitis that was unresponsive to cortisone injections and oral steroids my pediatrist administered over the prior 3 weeks. The pediatrist asked me to consider surgery. I was suffering! But I remembered Peak and researched You tube doctor videos, which recommended breaking up the scar tissue as an alternative to surgery with ultrasound and PT. That's exactly what Ricky did and within a week, the chronic pain subsided to a dull ache. After two months of PT the swelling abated and I am able to walk without pain most of the day, and when I stand up from sitting at my desk for hours. Ricky's guidance on the proper use of ice, and Craig's recommendation on the heat pad also helped with my recovery tremendously. Thank you PEAK!!!"
